Cat Conger
Children’s Ministry Coordinator
Cat leads our Children’s Ministry with a genuine love for kids and a desire to see them know Jesus personally. She works to create an environment where children are welcomed, cared for, taught God’s Word, and encouraged to grow in faith. Her goal is bigger than simply providing a place for children on Sunday morning. She wants them to begin building a lasting foundation of faith in Christ.

Chuck Luman
Production Team Leader
Chuck leads the team that works faithfully behind the scenes to support nearly every part of our Sunday gathering. From sound and visuals to livestreaming and production, Chuck and his team help make it possible for us to worship, hear God’s Word clearly, and share our services with people beyond the room. Their work is often unseen, but it plays an essential role every week.

Justin Hong
Connections Team Leader
Justin helps people move from simply attending Hope to becoming meaningfully connected. Whether that means finding a Life Group, serving on a team, participating in an event, or simply building relationships, he enjoys helping people discover where they can belong, contribute, and grow within the life of the church.

Amber Bowers
Front of House Coordinator
Amber oversees our Front of House ministry, coordinating many of the details that help Sunday mornings feel welcoming and run smoothly. Her team serves through food, merchandise, communion preparation, and other practical areas of hospitality. Amber brings a thoughtful, servant minded approach to her leadership and also has a strong interest in missions and finding practical ways to care for people both inside and outside the church.

Amy Buckner
Worship Team Leader
Amy leads our Worship Team with joy, energy, and a deep love for God and His Word. She is helping build a culture of worship at Hope that goes far beyond music and Sunday morning singing. For Amy, worship is the response of a life surrendered to Jesus, and music is simply one of the ways that response finds expression.

Life Group Coordinator
Andrew helps lead Hope’s Life Group ministry and loves seeing people grow deeper in both faith and community. He values the kind of relationships where people can study God’s Word together, encourage one another, and walk through life side by side. Andrew also loves teaching Scripture and helping others see how God’s Word speaks clearly into everyday life.

Trevor leads our Impact Team, helping shape the welcome and hospitality people experience every Sunday at Hope. He is constantly looking for ways to help people feel seen, cared for, and at home from the moment they walk through the doors. Trevor also has a strong desire to see the love and gospel of Jesus shared both within the church and throughout our community. There is a good chance his will be one of the first faces you see on Sunday morning.

Safety Team Director
Jeff has been part of Hope since day one and leads the team responsible for helping keep the Hope family safe at every gathering. He serves with a steady presence, careful attention, and a strong sense of responsibility, helping create an environment where people can worship, connect, and participate with confidence and peace of mind.
